Paikallisliikennepäivät kokoaa yhteen noin 250 joukkoliikennealan ammattilaista ja aiheista kiinnostunutta kuulemaan toimialaan liittyviä esityksiä, verkostoitumaan ja tutustumaan näytteilleasettajien palveluihin ja tuotteisiin.
Paikallisliikennepäivät järjestetään 19.-20.9.2024 Helsingissä, tapahtumakeskus Pikku-Finlandiassa. Palveluntarjoajille ja tuotteiden esittelijöille on näyttelytila tapahtumakeskuksen pääaulassa ja Kelo-hallissa.

Yksi iso 12 m2 paikka on pilkottu pienemmiksi vaihtoehdoiksi ja tarjolla vielä numeroin 15 ja 16. Kartta on päivitetty.

Tilaisuuden asiaohjelma julkaistaan myöhemmin, mutta näyttelypaikat ovat varattavissa 29.5.2024 alkaen. Myynnissä on yksi 6 m2 näyttelytila, neljä 6 m2 näyttelytiloja ja yhdeksän 4 m2 näyttelytiloja. Näyttelypaikka sisältää kaksi esittelijää yrityksestänne.
Julkaisemme näytteilleasettajista esittelyt nettisivuillamme (800 sanaa), yrityslogon ja linkin nettisivuillenne. Lähetä tiedot 31.8. mennessä niin yleisö ehtii ennakkoon tutustua, mitä näyttelystä löytyy.

Näyttelytilan varustelut
Sisänäyttelyn vuokraan sisältyy rakenteiden vuokra, pystytys ja purkaminen, sekä kaksi esittelijää ja heidän kahvit, lounaat ja illallinen.
Näyttelytilan somistusaikaa 19.9.2024 kello 8-9 tai kello 22 jälkeen edellisiltana. Näyttelyrakenteet puretaan 20.9.2024 14-17.

Would you like to exhibit at Public Transport Days September 19th and 20th, 2024 at Little Finlandia Helsinki?
The Public Transport Days is an event that brings together about 250 public transport experts and enthusiasts to listen to presentations, to network and to have a chat with the exhibitors.
Finnish Public Transport Days and it’s exhibition will take place from 19 to 20 September at event center Little Finlandia. The exhibition area for service providers and product presenters will be located at the foyer and Kelo Hall.
The programme for the audience will be published later, but the exhibition stands are ready for selling starting 29.5.2024. We have 9 stands of the size 4 m2 and 4 stands of the size 6 m2 and one bigger 12 m2 stand. Two people are included in the price of an exhibition stand.
We will publish a list of exhibitors at our website and an insertion (800 words) of the company profile or description of products and services.

The price includes rent, construction and dismantling of the stand structures and furniture and two presenters and their meals and coffees of the event programme.

Package includes: Backwall 4000 x 2480 mm from printready material, Desk A1 – 992 x 923 mm, leaflet dispenser, 5 bar chairs, blue carpet (sarpet colour change 40,00 €), 4 arm lights and power feed 7 amp.

Package includes: Backwall 1525 x 2480 mm printready material, desk N10, leaflet dispenser, 2 bar chairs, blue carpet (carpet colour change 20,00 €), 2 arm lights and power feed 7 amp.

Instructions for files needed to print and produce your backwall will be sent to you by WS Expogroup. Be prepared to send materials in PDF formats and all fonts converted to lines and in the given color profile.

You can bring and set up your stand accessories on 19th of September 8-9 o’clock or after 22 o’clock in the evening of 18th of September.
